Nichol at 39 Albert St Spotland

Looking for Thomas & Ann Nichol, hopefully at 39 Albert St, Spotland in 1871.

According to my index there are three Albert Streets in Rochdale but there is not one in Spotland, (unless there is an onother Spotland) it was not built or it had a change of name, There was a 39 Albert Street in Failinge but the family was Thomas.
