1891 Census Ledbury Glocestershire

Could someone kindly look up for me on the 1891 census for Ledbury,Gloucestershire. Looking for William and Thurza Mansell and son William,who was probably born about 1890
The address I have is Wild House,Ledbury,Herefordshire,but this was in 1917 when another son was killed in WW1

Many thanks Catherine for your information.I'm afraid I am clutching at straws at the moment.
William Mansell was my grandfather.All I know is from his marriage and death certificate that he was in the Royal Navy on submarines.He married in West Derby,Liverpool. He died quite early at the age of 39.
Working on the dates I have I would thinkl that he was born about 1890/1891 but I have still not found out where.
By the way do you know where Hempstead is,where Thurza Mansell was born?

Hi! Ann,

Both areas William and Thurza were in Gloucester, I have found William and Thurza on the 1901 census, with the help of the decoder, but don't have addresses but I do have the details of area. Willam an Thurza are living together, but William junior is in the same area, with other children, and I am not sure of the relationship of the head, possibly grandmother.
