Hello Margaret. Yes I am still trying to find out when the wife Mary Ann died. Patrick was a widower in 1881, and they were both alive in 1861, so if I can find out if Mary Ann was on the 1871, it will give me a time-frame to search for her death. Many thanks for your interest. Regard. Moya
