Rathbone St ? 1841 census lookup please.

Hello,
Hope someone can help. I have a birth cert with an address that "looks" like 3 Rathbone St, the town has been cut off but birth was registered in Liverpool, so hoping it's Liverpool.
Names I'm hoping to find there are Thomas LANGFORD & Sarah LANGFORD wife, son Levi LANGFORD b. the above address, 1838, age would be about 3 years . If anyone can help with what the street name might have been I'd really appreciate it,----- Rat ---next possible h, next possible b, next just guessing. Sorry. Everytime I look at it, I think it says something else. Many thanks. Charmaine

Rathbone Street was off Upper Duke Street Liverpool 1, not far from where the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral stands now.
It used to run from Parliament Street through to Upper Duke Street. If you look at a modern map of the area new housing has been built on the site between Gt George Street and the Cathedral.

Residing in Willaston, Cheshire, in 1841:

Thos. LANGFORD, 25, cordwainer, yes
Sarah LANGFORD, 30, yes
Levi LANGFORD, 3, yes
Eliza LANGFORD, 1, yes

No street address, the enumerator simply enumerated the whole township of Willaston.
