Hi,

I'm really at a brick wall with this pair from the Rochdale area.

Can anyone find their families on the 1841 of either:

Robert Ashworth (7)- 1834 - born Small Bridge W Rochdale

or

Alice Townley (4) - 1837 - born Littleborough

They were a pair later in life and I'm sure thoroughly loved each other - but their early days are a causing me real problems! Sorry, I don't have any additional information.

Margaret,

Very many thanks for that - it was an old post (over a year) and thanks to Jo (again) she found them for me - I guess I should have revisited the site and cancelled the lookup request - (slapped wrist to me!).

Again though - many thanks for your effort!

Regards,

Derek
