1851 look up - piece no, folio and page provided

I wonder if anyone can look up the following for me. I was able to get the references but have not actually seen the page.

Richard Williams age 38
Parish - Worthen: Meadowtown
Piece No. - 2498
Folio - 353
Page - 7

I would love to know the street address and any info. on other members of the household. There is possibly an Elizabeth and martha? I have a big mystery to solve so anything would be great.

I don't know where you got the references but the only folio I can find for Worthen is 313-316. How about this family - the transcriptions in Ancestry are really awful. I am pretty sure it says Wiliams on the image but the transcriber has written Wilheor!
