Hello, I wonder if anybody could possibly look up the following for me?

I think there are some Gallaghers at 47 Compton Street, Liverpool, but I need to know who. Would anybody care to have a look? :o While I am being ever so cheeky :D could anybody also look at the following streets?
Rodick Street, Liverpool, Rose Street, Row Street, Liverpool, Court Street, Liverpool, and Hygeia ?Hygenia Street, Liverpool. I am hoping to find as many Gallaghers in all these streets as possible. Please don't shout at me for being too cheeky

Thank you all so much in advance.

Carol

Hi Carol,

Here's the Gallaghers at 47 Compton Street:-

Michael age 64 plasterer b. Ireland
Mary age 60 b. Liverpool
John age 31 plasterer b. Liverpool
James age 29 plasterer b. Liverpool
Margaret age 25 paper folder b. Liverpool
George age 23 plasterer b. Liverpool
Peter age 19 plasterer b. Liverpool.

Also from the 1881 Census at 9ct 12 house Rose Street:-

Luke Gallagher age 50 Bricklayers labourer b. Ireland
Mary age 45 b. Ieland
Ellen age 16 b. Liverpool
Luke age 24 b. Liverpool

There are also Gallaghers in Hygeia Street on the 1881 census but not on the 1891 census. Have you got any christian names?

Nothing in Rodrick Street or Rose Street in the '91 and there is no Row Street.

Regards,
Anita.

Hello Anita,

Thank you for all that information. The Gallaghers I am looking for are mainly: John, labourer, d.o.b. unknown, but deceased by the time of his sons wedding in Garston in 1889. Patrick, d.o.b. approx 1856, labourer, both born in Swinford, County Mayo. Patrick married Mary Wignall in 1889, but I can't pin them down on the 1891 census. They seemed to congregate around the Garston Docks area, but are proving elusive!

Thanks again.

Carol
