As I have the 1891 census for lancashire I had a quick look for your Willetts family & Ascroft family living on Litherland Rd, Bootle, I wasn't able to find your Willetts(I have Willetts in my family tree, from St Helens, and they're always dissapearing), I did find some Ashcrofts that might be yours.
